Superaid affiliates (“we” or “us”) publishes applications (“apps”) for the web and mobile devices.

For the purposes of data protection laws, Superaid is the "data controller" of your personal information. The apps, in most cases, are free to play games (with optional in-app purchases), and in order to maintain the high quality and great user experience we process information from and about you in particular to improve the entire experience in the apps and to support our internal operations.

This Privacy Policy applies whenever you download and play our apps or otherwise access any of our other products, services, content, websites ( and/or the other domains provided by Superaid, together referred to as “Services.” By using any Services, including when you play or access our Services through social networks or mobile devices, you agree to the collection and use of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service (please note that depending on the Service, it may have a customized version of these Terms of Service,

as indicated on that Service’s website).

If you do not want Superaid to collect, store, use or share your information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy,

you should not play Superaid ’ apps or use Superaid ’ Services.

Personal information we collect

We collect personal information from you directly, e.g. when you play games, and also generate information about your use of our games, including game play and log data. If you log in to a game with your social media account, we will receive information about you including your basic profile information, profile picture and friends list. We also receive information from third parties such as social media platforms and fraud detection providers.

Information we collect automatically

  • Information regarding your use of the Game: such as data about your use of the Game, for example, game progress, gameplay data and your interactions with other players inside the Gam

We, and service providers acting on our behalf, like Google Analytics, store log files and use tracking technologies, such as:

  • Device identifiers such as the IDFA (the identifier for advertisers on iOS) and AAID (Google's advertising identifier, for Android devices); and

  • IP addresses;

  • The type of computer or mobile device you are using;

  • Your operating system version and platform type;

  • Your mobile device’s identifiers, such as your MAC Address, IDFA, and/or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI);

  • Your browser types and language;

  • App activity, including recordings of your gameplay and other interactions with the app;

  • and app state and the date and time of activity on our websites or apps.

Cookies and similar technologies. When you use the App, cookies and similar technologies may be used (pixels, web beacons, scripts). A cookie is a text file containing small amounts of information which is downloaded to your device when you access the App. The text file is then sent back to the server each time you use the App. This enables us to operate the App more effectively. For example, we will know how many users access specific areas or features within our App and which links or ads they clicked on. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize how our App is used, improve our marketing efforts, and provide content and features that are of interest to you. We may ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or services to the App, which may use cookies or similar technologies.

Log file information. Log file information is automatically reported each time you make a request to access the App. It can also be provided when the App is installed on your device. When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record certain log file information, including time and date when you start and stop using the App, and how you interact with the App.

Ad-related information. The following data might be reported about the ads you can view: the date and time a particular ad is served; a record if that ad was “clicked” or if it was shown as a “conversation” event; what ad offer is about; what type of ad it is (e.g., text, image, or video); which ad placement is involved (where the ad offer is displayed within the App); whether you respond to the ad.

In-app events. When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record in-app information (tutorial steps, levels up, payments, in-app purchases, custom events).

These tracking technologies help us understand how well our Services are doing. They collect information about your use and interaction with our Services so that we can continue to improve and expand our Services.

We use your information to perform our own analytics and to enable analytics provided by third parties and other essential functions. We use analytical information for supporting business analysis and operations, business intelligence, product development, improving the Services, personalizing content, providing advertising, and making recommendations. Information we collect from third parties:

  • Information collected from advertising partners to serve targeted ads to you: device ID Device make, model and operating system, Carrier, Operating system, Name and properties of mobile application through which a consumer interacts with the Services, Country, time zone and locale settings (country and preferred language) and information on your interactions with advertising shown in on our Mobile Games.

  • Information from mobile measurement partners: we receive information from third parties to allow us to track performance of our marketing campaigns and to detect fraud in such campaigns. This includes advertising ID, IP address, device ID, device name and operating system, language and location.

  • Analytics information: we receive analytic information from third party analytics providers regarding our Mobile Games to optimize user interaction with our Mobile Games.

  • Information regarding confirmation of payment from App Stores/Google Play Store when you purchase boosters, coins or bundles in our games we receive confirmation of your purchases from Google Play or the IOS App Store. The purchase confirmation includes your device ID, confirmation number and details of the boosters, coins or bundles that you purchased.

In-App Purchasing

Many of our games provide additional content for a direct fee - usually buying an item or an amount of in-game currency to make gameplay faster or more fun. Parents and guardians should be aware that they can set up their mobile devices to disallow one touch purchases and enforce password entry before any real-money purchase. Parents and guardians are responsible for maintaining password security for these systems and in general should not share passwords with their children. To show personalized advertisements (consent)

With your separate consent we collect, process and transfer to our third-party partners personal data to:

- Track the content you access in connection with the Services and your online behavior.

- Deliver, target and improve our advertising and the Services.

- Operate the Services

- Verify and confirm payments

We collect any personal information necessary to provide you with the Services requested. For example, when you make a purchase from us we may collect your billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

In all of the above cases and purposes, we may analyze, profile and segment all collected data in anonymized form.

With your consent, we may process your data for additional purposes, such as using your location based on your IP address to show you local events.

Other Terms

Changes to This Privacy Policy The Platform and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time (collectively, "Modifications"). Modifications to this Privacy Policy will be displayed by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data or information. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the Services following the effectiveness of any Modifications to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those Modifications. If any Modification to this Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease accessing, browsing and otherwise using the Platform.

Third Party's Advertisements a. As part of the services, some third party's advertisements may appear on the Platform or website. Such advertisements provided by an external supplier adapt content according to the user's habits. b. Such third-party services may use Cookies. It is hereby clarified that such services are subject to the third party's privacy policy and not to this document.

Dispute Resolution The laws of the State of Israel shall govern this Privacy Policy. Any dispute which may arise in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be brought to the competent court in the Tel-Aviv district, Israel, which shall be granted exclusive jurisdiction.

We use advertising in our Services so we can continue to offer many of our Services for free. Our main partner for Advertising is Ironsource, where we mediate to other Ad networks, which specifically includes:

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services.  If you are under 13 (or the applicable age in their territory), please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address.  No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal data.
