Superaid affiliates (“we” or “us”) publishes applications (“apps”) for the web and mobile devices.

For the purposes of data protection laws, Superaid is the "data controller" of your personal information. The apps, in most cases, are free to play games (with optional in-app purchases), and in order to maintain the high quality and great user experience we process information from and about you in particular to improve the entire experience in the apps and to support our internal operations.

Personal information we collect

We collect personal information from you directly, e.g. when you play games, and also generate information about your use of our games, including game play and log data. If you log in to a game with your social media account, we will receive information about you including your basic profile information, profile picture and friends list. We also receive information from third parties such as social media platforms and fraud detection providers.

Cookies and similar technologies. When you use the App, cookies and similar technologies may be used (pixels, web beacons, scripts). A cookie is a text file containing small amounts of information which is downloaded to your device when you access the App. The text file is then sent back to the server each time you use the App. This enables us to operate the App more effectively. For example, we will know how many users access specific areas or features within our App and which links or ads they clicked on. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize how our App is used, improve our marketing efforts, and provide content and features that are of interest to you. Log file information. Log file information is automatically reported each time you make a request to access the App. It can also be provided when the App is installed on your device. Information we collect from third parties:

  • Information collected from advertising partners to serve targeted ads to you: device ID Device make, model and operating system, Carrier, Operating system, Name and properties of mobile application through which a consumer interacts with the Services, Country, time zone and locale settings (country and preferred language) and information on your interactions with advertising shown in on our Mobile Games.

  • Information from mobile measurement partners: we receive information from third parties to allow us to track performance of our marketing campaigns and to detect fraud in such campaigns. This includes advertising ID, IP address, device ID, device name and operating system, language and location.

  • Analytics information: we receive analytic information from third party analytics providers regarding our Mobile Games to optimize user interaction with our Mobile Games.

  • Information regarding confirmation of payment from App Stores/Google Play Store when you purchase boosters, coins or bundles in our games we receive confirmation of your purchases from Google Play or the IOS App Store. The purchase confirmation includes your device ID, confirmation number and details of the boosters, coins or bundles that you purchased.

In-App Purchasing

Many of our games provide additional content for a direct fee - usually buying an item or an amount of in-game currency to make gameplay faster or more fun. Parents and guardians should be aware that they can set up their mobile devices to disallow one touch purchases and enforce password entry before any real-money purchase. Parents and guardians are responsible for maintaining password security for these systems and in general should not share passwords with their children. WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

Third Party's Advertisements a. As part of the services, some third party's advertisements may appear on the Platform or website. Such advertisements provided by an external supplier adapt content according to the user's habits. b. Such third-party services may use Cookies. It is hereby clarified that such services are subject to the third party's privacy policy and not to this document.

Dispute Resolution The laws of the State of Israel shall govern this Privacy Policy. Any dispute which may arise in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be brought to the competent court in the Tel-Aviv district, Israel, which shall be granted exclusive jurisdiction.
